About The Position
Our client is seeking an LPN/LVN for a long-term care position in Fort Worth, Texas. The schedule is a 3x12 day shift. Applicants must hold current state licensure and have at least one year of recent experience. Candidates must provide the listed clinical credentials, references, health screening documentation, and vaccinations, and pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
Requirements
- Current state licensure.
- At least 1 year of recent experience.
- Current resume.
- Current BLS and/or ACLS and/or specialty certifications.
- Two current clinical references.
- Physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
- TB skin test completed within the past 12 months.
- MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella titers.
- Respiratory fit test completed within the past 12 months.
- Current Tdap and flu vaccinations.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment, background, and urine drug screenings.
