About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an LPN – LTC / Nursing Home for an exciting Travel or Local job in Palmyra. This position involves providing direct patient care to residents in Long-Term Care (LTC) settings, administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, collaborating with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams, assisting residents with daily care, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards.
Requirements
- Current LPN License required
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work every other weekend
Nice To Haves
- Previous Long-Term Care / Nursing Home experience preferred
