About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an LPN – LTC / Nursing Home for an exciting Travel or Local job in Sioux Falls. This is a contract position for 4-6 weeks, with a pay rate of up to $28/hour, negotiable based on experience. The shift is a Day Shift (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) with 12-hour shifts, requiring every other weekend. A guaranteed 36 hours weekly is provided.
Requirements
- Current LPN License required
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work every other weekend
Nice To Haves
- Previous Long-Term Care / Nursing Home experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in LTC settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and document changes accurately
- Collaborate with nursing staff and healthcare teams
- Assist with daily patient care and support resident needs
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and patient safety standards
