About The Position
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking an LPN – LTC / Skilled Nursing Facility for an exciting Travel or Local job in Grand Junction. This is a contract position for 8 weeks, with a night shift schedule of 12-hour shifts, totaling 36 hours weekly guaranteed. The pay rate is up to $30/hour, negotiable based on experience.
Requirements
- Current LPN License required
- Previous Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work night shifts as scheduled
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to residents in LTC/SNF settings
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient conditions accurately
- Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams
- Assist residents with daily care needs and support services
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and patient safety standards
