About The Position
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking an LPN to administer skilled nursing services to patients who require intermittent professional services. The LPN teaches patients, family members, and other members of the health care team, and performs services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care. This role requires a state nursing license, at least one year of licensed nursing experience, CPR certification, and dependable transportation for safe driving in all weather conditions. Medicare home health or hospice experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Graduate of an approved school of clinical education.
- Licensed in the state where currently practicing.
- At least one year of experience as a licensed nurse.
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device.
- Valid state driver license.
- Maintain automobile liability insurance as required by law.
- Maintain dependable transportation in good working condition.
- Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
- CPR certification.
Nice To Haves
- Medicare home health or hospice experience.
- Experience as a licensed professional may be deferred with review and approval from the regional vice president for operations or regional director.
