About The Position

PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled, home-based care. The role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, independent clinical decision-making, and one-on-one patient relationships. Nurses provide care that addresses patients’ needs in their homes and supports their recovery and daily progress. PurposeCare provides ongoing training and professional development, mentoring and referral programs, and opportunities to apply for positions at other locations.

Requirements

• Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
• Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check.
