About The Position

Ohio Valley Home Health, affiliated with East Liverpool City Hospital, is seeking a Home Health LPN to join a team committed to quality, compassion, and community. The role assists physicians with patient care and related clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks. It also involves scheduling appointments, managing charts, providing patients with information to help them use clinic services, and conveying a positive image of the organization.

Requirements

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Vocational Nurse.
• Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
• IV certification upon hire.

Nice To Haves

• Blood Withdrawal (BW) certification preferred.
