About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled, personalized care to patients in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, and opportunities to build one-on-one relationships with patients. The work supports patients’ health, safety, recovery, and ability to live in their communities. PurposeCare offers ongoing training and professional development, mentoring and referral programs, and opportunities to apply for positions at other locations.
Requirements
- Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks that may include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing.
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
