About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking a Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse to provide skilled, personalized care to patients in their homes. The role offers flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, clinical autonomy, and opportunities to build one-on-one relationships with patients. The nurse provides visits that address patients’ needs in their home environment and supports progress in daily life and recovery. Requirements
- Current license with the state Board of Nursing.
- At least 1 year of nursing experience.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, which may include lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing.
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance, and/or access to dependable transportation.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
