About The Position

This LPN position is based in a busy outpatient orthopedic physician practice with eight providers and approximately 40 staff members, including an on-site radiology department. The practice has a close-knit, family-oriented culture that emphasizes teamwork and collaboration. The LPN will work closely with a podiatrist specializing in foot and ankle care while also supporting the broader orthopedic team.

Requirements

• Current LPN licensure to practice in North Carolina.
• Comfort providing hands-on diabetic foot care and nail debridement on a consistent basis.
• Comfort working in a busy, high-volume outpatient clinical environment.
• Team-oriented, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible and willing to cross-train and support multiple orthopedic providers.
• Professional, dependable, and committed to providing compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated clinical support to a podiatrist specializing in foot and ankle care and support the broader orthopedic team.
• Provide hands-on diabetic foot care and nail debridement, including care of difficult or thickened nails.
• Support the provider during high-volume clinic days and assist with clinical duties to promote efficient patient care and workflow.
• Assist with scheduling CT scans and surgical procedures.
• Perform general clinical office duties and support day-to-day practice operations.
• Collaborate with clinical, front-office, radiology, and provider teams.
• Maintain a professional, patient-focused approach in a busy outpatient orthopedic environment.
