About The Position

Dawson Manor Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time, day-shift LPN Charge Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care to residents. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support residents’ well-being, supervise and support CNAs, and help ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards. Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia, or eligibility for one.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

• Reliability and commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
