About The Position

Comer Health & Rehab is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate, person-centered care and support residents’ well-being. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, supervises and supports CNAs, and communicates with residents, families, and team members. The posting lists day/night shifts, starting pay of $28.49 to $31.40 per hour, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, management add-on pay, and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
