LPN Charge Nurse - FT - Night
About The Position
Gordon Health & Rehab is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse for the night shift. The role delivers high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care and supports residents’ well-being. The nurse works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, and supervises and supports CNAs in providing quality care. Starting pay is $30.40 to $33.57 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, management add-on pay, and weekly pay. Requirements
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia, or eligibility for one.

Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
- Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
- Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
