About The Position

Northridge Health & Rehab is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care to residents. The LPN works closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, and supervises and supports CNAs in delivering quality care. All shifts are available. The listed pay range is $28.49 to $31.40, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends and additional management pay. Pay is weekly.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
