About The Position

Northridge Health & Rehab is seeking an LPN Charge Nurse to deliver high-quality, compassionate, person-centered clinical care and support residents’ well-being. The nurse will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team, supervise and support CNAs, and help ensure care meets clinical policies and regulatory standards. All shifts are available. The role offers pay of $28.49 to $31.40, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, management add-on pay, and weekly pay. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Georgia, or eligibility for one.
• Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality care.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Reliability and commitment to excellence.

• Prior long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the care team.
• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs in delivering quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members.
