About The Position
LV Petroleum Travel Center is seeking a motivated, friendly Cashier to provide customer service and ensure smooth, accurate transactions. The Cashier is the first point of contact for customers and contributes to a welcoming shopping experience. The role is in a lively travel center offering fuel, food, and retail options. All shifts are available.
Requirements
- Basic math abilities for accurate transaction processing.
- Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with customers and team members.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to work collaboratively and maintain a positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers, take orders, and handle inquiries in a friendly manner.
- Accurately process cash, credit, and debit transactions using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Keep the cashier area clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to support efficient service and customer satisfaction.
- Help monitor stock levels and restock items as needed.
