About The Position

LV Petroleum is seeking an enthusiastic Cashier to provide customer service and process transactions at its travel center. The role involves engaging with customers, handling payments accurately, and helping maintain a clean, inviting environment. The Cashier also collaborates with kitchen staff and assists with inventory and restocking. The posting notes walk-in interviews on weekdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the travel center at 225 E Evergreen St, Strafford, Missouri.

Requirements

• Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Strong verbal communication skills for engaging with customers.
• Dependability and ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort working collaboratively while maintaining a positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers as they enter and exit, and provide information about services and products.
• Process cash, credit, and debit payments accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
• Keep cashier and dining areas clean and well-organized.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking as needed.
