About the position
The job overview for this role is that SimpliSafe is seeking a Senior Analyst to support their Loyalty Operations team. The analyst will be responsible for data analysis, reporting, and strategic partnership with operational leadership. They will collaborate with various teams to analyze data, identify optimization opportunities, develop metrics, and create standardized KPIs and reports. The role requires strong technical skills, analytical problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Sift through raw data and create structured, high-quality data assets for analysis and reporting
- Organize and mine datasets to identify drivers of loyalty performance and optimization opportunities at both the channel and agent level
- Develop metrics to support agent incentives and drive maximum impact
- Lead analytics efforts and create standardized KPIs, reports, and executive dashboards (familiarity with Tableau a plus)
- Develop measurement frameworks for pilots and experimentation within the channel to assess the success of tactics
- Act as a strategic thought partner for Loyalty and Outbound team leaders, sharing insights and making strategic recommendations
- Conduct analysis on longer-term customer success following Loyalty Ops touchpoints
- BS in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of equivalent experience or Masters +3 years
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize concepts for non-technical audiences
Requirements
- BS in a quantitative field or equivalent experience (Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering or related field)
- 5+ years of equivalent experience or Masters +3 years
- Strong technical skills, including experience with query and data visualization tools. SQL and Excel are core requirements, with experience in Tableau or programming languages (Python, R, etc) a plus
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
- Extreme attention to detail but with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize concepts for non-technical audience
