About The Position

The Senior Lead Technician is responsible for leading field execution, ensuring quality standards, and serving as the on-site authority for low-voltage installations. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and customer interaction.

Requirements

• Active Minnesota PLT license (required)
• 8+ years of low-voltage installation experience
• Proven leadership experience on job sites
• Strong knowledge of TIA/EIA standards and best practices
• Must be US Citizen

Nice To Haves

• Experience with fiber optics, testing, and certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute structured cabling, fiber, access control, and CCTV installations
• Interpret drawings, manage field changes, and coordinate with project management
• Supervise and mentor technicians and apprentices
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and system validation
• Ensure compliance with MN PLT/TSC requirements and industry standards
• Interface directly with clients, site supervisors, and other trades
