About The Position

The Lounge Food Runner supports an enjoyable dining experience by ensuring food is properly presented and delivered promptly to the correct table. The role works closely with Dining Room Attendants and other restaurant staff to help service run smoothly. Duties include preparing and stocking the station, assisting with hosting and dining room tasks as needed, and completing station breakdown and related closing work. The position requires regular, prompt attendance and working scheduled shifts and overtime as required. No prior experience or training is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure dishes leaving the kitchen meet presentation standards and deliver food promptly to the correct tables.
• Attend daily menu classes to learn about dishes and their accompaniments.
• Set up sauces and condiments, fold napkins for plate liners, collect bread and butter from the bake shop, and keep the station stocked throughout service.
• Work alongside Dining Room Attendants and assist with hosting and dining room duties as needed.
• Break down the station, return supplies to their proper locations, wipe down bread trays, and complete related duties as assigned.
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance, work scheduled shifts and overtime as required, and immediately report clock-in or clock-out issues to a supervisor.
