The Lakehouse Food Runner (On-Call) position is at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort, a leading luxury resort in Central Florida. The Lakehouse is a lakeside restaurant that opened in 2025, offering coastal Florida cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood, wood-grilled dishes, and vibrant salads inspired by local ingredients and sustainable sourcing. The restaurant provides a relaxed, modern American lakeside dining experience with effortless charm and waterfront views.

Requirements

• Strong food knowledge is required
• Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that food and beverages are delivered to the table in a timely manner
• Effectively and confidently describe menu items as they are delivered to the guest
• Answer guest questions regarding to service and restaurant menu
• Work directly with the culinary team to ensure correctness of order modifications
• Clear tables of any dirty dishes between courses
• Assist with any clean up, set up and break down of the dining room
