This position involves completing opening and closing duties, which include setting up necessary supplies and tools, cleaning all equipment and areas, and locking doors. The attendant will also stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies, remove soiled wares from the bar top and tables, and maintain the cleanliness and condition of work areas, the bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools according to set-up guidelines. The role requires adherence to all company and safety/security policies and procedures, reporting accidents or unsafe conditions, and completing safety training. A clean and professional appearance is expected, along with maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets. The attendant will welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation. Communication should be clear and professional. Developing positive working relationships and supporting team goals is essential, as is ensuring adherence to quality expectations. The job involves reading and visually verifying information, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination are required for manipulating objects. The role also requires navigating uneven surfaces and stairs, reaching overhead and below the knees, and performing other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
