About The Position

The Employee Lounge Attendant will perform tasks to ensure that Team Members have access to fresh abundant food in a clean, organized, and safe environment during their breaks. The EL Attendant works in the Employee Lounge and ensures posted meal times are followed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to work well in a team environment.
Ability to multi-task required.
Must be able to follow detailed instructions and routines precisely.
Frequently required to work in confined spaces; perform repetitious activity; push; pull; stand; walk; twist; reach above shoulder height; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear.
Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency managing conflict and influencing outcomes preferred.
Excellent presentation, organizational, and verbal communication skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Stock food in all outlets of the EL following appropriate departmental guidelines.
Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure quality and consistency of all foods and services.
Report all complaints to manager.
Ensure continual cleanliness of Employee Lounge.
Perform periodic measurements of food temperatures.
Sweep floors.
Communicate food supply needs to kitchen.
Clean EL glass during and after each shift.
Assist other team members as needed.
Other projects and duties as assigned.
