About The Position

The Lot Processing Associate supports a fast-paced automotive auction team by handling customer service, data entry, order processing, vehicle documentation, and auction preparation. The role works closely with a small team to maintain accurate records and help ensure a smooth auction process. This is a contract-to-hire position based onsite in Nashville, Tennessee. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The stated pay rate is $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with computers and data entry.
• Reliable team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work outside.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, paperwork, and data entry.
• Maintain customer and vehicle records.
• Answer questions and resolve issues professionally.
• Inspect vehicles and help prepare them for auction.
