About The Position
Lot Associates assist customers with loading their vehicles and monitor and maintain the store entrance. They maintain a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance and interact with Home Depot associates and customers. As often the first and last associates customers encounter when entering or leaving the store, Lot Associates play an important customer-service role. Direct customer interaction is frequently required, and excellent customer service skills are required.
