About The Position
Lot Associates assist customers with loading their vehicles and monitor and maintain the store entrance. They also ensure that a sufficient quantity of carts is available near the entrance. The role involves interacting with Home Depot associates and customers. Because Lot Associates are often the first and last associates customers encounter when entering or leaving the store, customer service is a vital part of the position. Direct customer interaction is frequently required, and excellent customer service skills are required.
