About The Position
Lot Associates assist customers with loading merchandise into their vehicles and monitor and maintain the store entrance. They also ensure that a sufficient quantity of carts is available near the entrance. The role involves interacting with Home Depot associates and customers, often as the first and last associate customers encounter when entering or leaving the store. Direct customer interaction is frequently required, so excellent customer service skills are important.
