About The Position
Lot Associates assist customers with loading their vehicles and monitor and maintain the store entrance. They also maintain a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. The position involves interaction with Home Depot associates and customers. As Lot Associates are often the first and last associates customers interact with when entering or leaving the store, customer service is vital. Direct customer interaction is frequently required, and excellent customer service skills are required.
