About The Position

This role is responsible for managing key inventory and storage, including tasks such as removing license plates from cars and logging keys using the AS400 system. The specialist will also be responsible for mailing chargers and keys to customers, communicating with security regarding missing keys, building key sleeves, logging keys in and out of the bookroom, organizing EV chargers, and documenting/filing gate passes. Proficiency in Microsoft products, particularly Outlook, is required, along with strong customer service skills.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• Generally less than 2 years’ experience in a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft products, particularly Outlook.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Safe driver's needed; valid driver's license required.
• Ability to lift 1-15 pounds.
• Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities
