About The Position

Cox Automotive is seeking a Lot Operations Specialist I to manage key inventory and storage, handle vehicle license plates, log keys using the AS400 system, and mail chargers and keys to customers. This role requires strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, and the ability to communicate with security regarding missing keys. The specialist will also be responsible for building key sleeves, logging keys in and out of the bookroom, organizing EV chargers, and documenting/filing gate passes.

Requirements

High School Diploma/GED
Generally less than 2 years’ experience in a related field
Safe driver's needed; valid driver's license required.
Proficient in Microsoft products, particularly Outlook.
Strong customer service skills.
Must be able to clear a pre-employment drug test.
Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Manage key inventory and storage.
Take license plates off cars.
Utilize AS400 system to log keys.
