About The Position

Carvana is hiring an entry-level Lot Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of vehicles at its Market Hubs. The role involves coordinating with coworkers to support timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Candidates should be enthusiastic, energetic, and self-motivated team players. This is a full-time position with regular and predictable attendance requirements. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship, and hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for the past three years.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently and carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and frequently stretch, reach, walk, stoop, push, and/or pull.
• Must have excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity.
• Must adhere to regular and predictable attendance.
• Must pass a complete background check.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Inspect each vehicle for mechanical, drivability, or cosmetic concerns.
• Wash and vacuum inventory regularly.
• Complete a multi-point inspection of arriving inventory, including checking fuel level, safety features, drivability, and proper display of company and state disclosures.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers and external vendors.
• Communicate and interact with team members and management across the business.
