About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Car Detailer to prepare rental vehicles for customers. This outdoor role involves cleaning and sanitizing vehicles, checking their readiness and safety, and ensuring they meet quality and cleanliness standards. The position requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely. No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Pride in producing clean, high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in a moderate-noise environment.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and continuously stand, walk, bend, enter and exit vehicles, and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Wash, vacuum, and sanitize vehicle interiors; remove trash and prepare vehicles for the next rental.
• Refuel vehicles and check fluid levels and tire pressure.
• Inspect vehicles for auto body damage and monitor dashboard warning indicators.
• Move, park, and organize vehicles across airport lots as needed.
• Help ensure vehicles are clean, safe, reliable, and available for customers.
