About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Car Detailer to prepare rental vehicles for customers. This is an outdoor, on-site role in Key West, Florida, focused on ensuring vehicles meet quality and cleanliness standards and are clean, safe, and ready for the road. No experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided. The role requires regular on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Pride in producing clean, high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in a moderate noise level.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and continuously stand, walk, bend, enter and exit vehicles, and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Wash and vacuum vehicles.
• Sanitize vehicle interiors and remove trash.
• Prepare vehicles for the next rental and meet quality and cleanliness standards.
• Refuel vehicles and check fluid levels and tire pressure.
• Inspect vehicles for auto body damage and monitor dashboard warning indicators.
• Move, park, and organize vehicles across airport lots as needed.
• Help ensure vehicles are ready, reliable, and available for customers.
