About The Position

Avis Budget Group is hiring a Car Detailer to prepare vehicles for customers and support a clean, safe, and reliable rental fleet. This is an outdoor, on-site role. The detailer cleans and sanitizes vehicles, prepares them for the next rental, checks basic vehicle conditions, and may move and organize vehicles around airport lots. No prior experience is necessary; on-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Pride in producing clean, high-quality work with attention to detail.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions and in a moderate noise level.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and continuously stand, walk, bend, enter and exit vehicles, and drive a variety of vehicles.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Regular on-site presence is required; the position cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Wash and vacuum vehicles, sanitize interiors, remove trash, and prepare vehicles for the next rental.
• Refuel vehicles and check fluid levels and tire pressure.
• Inspect vehicles for auto body damage and monitor dashboard warning indicators.
• Move, park, and organize vehicles across airport lots as needed.
• Help ensure vehicles are clean, safe, reliable, and available for customers.
