Requirements

• Must be at least 19 years of age.
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience as a lot attendant, valet, in customer service, or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and organize vehicles throughout the lot, showroom, service drive, and designated areas.
• Assist customers and support sales and service teams by locating, retrieving, and preparing vehicles as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and presentable lot and showroom to Rallye Motor Company standards.
• Support vehicle check-in, staging, and delivery processes, ensuring inventory is properly tagged and presentable.
• Keep customer-facing and work areas clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Assist with general facility upkeep, including replenishing supplies and weather-related duties such as snow removal.
• Perform additional or modified tasks as required by changing business needs.
