About The Position
Lot Associates assist customers with loading their vehicles and monitor and maintain the store entrance. They ensure a sufficient quantity of carts is available near the entrance and interact with Home Depot associates and customers. As they are often the first and last associates customers encounter when entering or leaving the store, customer service is an important part of the position. Some positions require frequent direct customer interaction, and excellent customer service skills are required.
