About The Position
As a Loss Prevention Associate, you help protect the company’s assets by preventing loss and providing a secure environment for customers and employees. You identify and reduce internal and external theft, follow company directives and state laws when apprehending shoplifters, maintain case logs and incident reports, and conduct investigations including credit card and check fraud. The role includes achieving individual case goals and being available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reduce sources of loss from internal and external theft to control shrinkage.
- Apprehend shoplifters according to company directives and state laws.
- Maintain case logs and incident reports.
- Conduct investigations, including credit card and check fraud.
- Achieve individual case goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
