About The Position
As a Loss Prevention Associate, you help protect the company’s assets by preventing loss and providing a secure environment for customers and employees. The role focuses on reducing shrinkage, responding to shoplifting, documenting incidents, and investigating fraud.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reduce sources of loss from internal and external theft to control shrinkage.
- Apprehend shoplifters according to company directives and state laws.
- Maintain case logs and incident reports.
- Conduct investigations, including credit card and check fraud.
- Achieve individual case goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
