About The Position
The Loss Prevention Associate helps protect company assets by preventing loss and providing a secure environment for customers and employees. The role focuses on reducing internal and external theft, investigating incidents, and documenting cases. Associates must be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities
- Identify and reduce sources of internal and external theft to control shrinkage.
- Apprehend shoplifters according to company directives and state laws.
- Maintain case logs and incident reports.
- Conduct investigations, including credit card and check fraud.
- Achieve individual case goals.
