As a Loss Prevention Associate, you help protect the company’s assets by preventing loss and providing a secure environment for customers and employees. You identify and reduce internal and external theft, investigate fraud, document incidents, and work toward individual case goals. The role requires availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. Responsibilities
- Identify and reduce sources of internal and external theft to control shrinkage.
- Apprehend shoplifters according to company directives and state laws.
- Maintain case logs and incident reports.
- Conduct investigations, including credit card and check fraud.
- Achieve individual case goals.
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
