Loss Prevention Agent $22.50-$24/hr
About The Position
We are seeking an enthusiastic team player committed to ethical behavior, professionalism, honesty, and restraint to join the Loss Prevention team. This is a full-time position requiring weekend availability. Individual associate hourly rates are based on factors including experience, location, and length of employment. The role focuses on protecting store assets and financial integrity through surveillance, report writing, and apprehending and detaining people who violate store policies or the law. Agents must demonstrate self-defense and officer safety skills, and be able to apprehend and arrest shoplifters and potentially violent or combative subjects while remaining professional.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic understanding of English, including the ability to communicate and read basic instructions, schedules, and signage.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of circumstances.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Protect the store’s assets and financial integrity.
