This project supports the SPOC (single point of contact) division of loss mitigation for mortgage servicing. Initial duties will include administrative support and customer service for early stage loss mitigation customers, progressing into the dialer queue for re-payment plans. The duration for the project is 6-8 months, with the possibility for extension and/or conversion based on need.
