We are currently seeking experienced Loss Mitigation Representatives to support a high-volume mortgage servicing team. This is a fully remote, contract opportunity with strong potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs. In this role, you will serve as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for borrowers in the early stages of delinquency. You will support customers through the loss mitigation process, helping them understand repayment options, navigate available programs, and manage their accounts. This role starts with a mix of administrative support and customer service, with progression into a more call-driven environment focused on repayment plan support.
