About The Position

TireHub is hiring a full-time Logistics Specialist in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This hands-on, active role combines warehouse work with local product deliveries. Team members load and unload tires, pick and stage orders, support inventory and warehouse organization, perform basic vehicle checks, keep equipment clean, and provide customer service during deliveries. The job involves staying active throughout the shift, working in a warehouse and outdoors in varying weather, and operating vehicles and warehouse equipment. OSHA certification training for order pickers and forklifts is provided. The schedule is a day shift with flexible scheduling, including some Saturdays. Starting pay is $20.50 per hour, with a $2.00 increase during the first year; pay is weekly.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license and at least 2 years of driving history.
• Meet all applicable federal and state requirements for vehicle operation, including any applicable DOT minimum age requirement.
• Be a team player with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Ability to work comfortably at heights up to 35 feet on order pickers.
• Must not exceed 400 pounds in weight or 6 feet 3 inches in height for compatibility with equipment and safety restraints; reasonable accommodations will be reviewed under applicable laws.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and all required certifications throughout employment.

Responsibilities
