Requirements

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience and a minimum of two (2) years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
Must successfully complete required hazardous materials and DOT training requirements.
Each successful applicant will be required to complete the Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, demonstrating both identity and employment authorization, on or before the first day of employment.

Responsibilities

Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and material movement activities to support production schedules and customer requirements.
Oversee and process domestic and international shipments, including preparation of shipping documentation and coordination with carriers and freight providers.
Enter inventory transactions, receipts, and shipment data into the ERP system and maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and inventory audits.
Coordinate the picking, packing, labeling, staging, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
Support receiving operations, including material inspections, inventory verification, and movement of materials between facilities and warehouse locations.
Train employees on logistics procedures, equipment operation, safety requirements, and standard operating procedures.
Enforce safety requirements and ensure compliance with applicable OSHA, DOT, GMP, and company policies and procedures.
Assist with resolving shipping discrepancies, inventory issues, and logistics-related operational challenges.
Support continuous improvement initiatives designed to improve logistics performance, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as authorized and certified.
