About The Position

Crossroads Courier is looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our team! In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while supporting our courier drivers to ensure timely deliveries to our customers. You will play a key role in coordinating logistics and operational processes, utilizing all available resources to enhance our service quality. The schedule for this position is Saturday through Wednesday, 11am to 8pm.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for identifying and resolving issues quickly.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing competing demands throughout the day.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, route inquiries, and input orders efficiently.
Manage customer emails by inputting orders, responding, and routing messages as necessary.
Provide logistical and operational support to our courier contractors.
Deliver outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate proactively with scheduled service customers about backup drivers assigned to their routes.
Prepare and complete regularly scheduled reports.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support team objectives.
