Requirements

2-4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations preferred
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Knowledge of shipping processes, carrier management, and inventory control principles
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Provides informal guidance and support to team members

Responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation
Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production and customer demand
Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock
Work with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to resolve shipping issues
Prepare and manage shipping documents (BOLs, invoices, customs paperwork where applicable)
Analyze logistics data to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Communicate with internal stakeholders (supply chain, production, customer service) to align logistics activities
Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, delays, and claims
Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics efficiency and performance
