About The Position

Biocair is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Key Accounts Specialist to join their team in Philadelphia. This role will support one of their largest global accounts, reporting to the Operations Manager – Strategic Accounts. The specialist will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless shipment coordination for a leading global life sciences logistics provider.

Responsibilities

Managing and developing relationships with assigned key customer accounts
Coordinating shipments end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Maintaining high levels of data accuracy across systems, documentation, and reporting
Monitoring shipments proactively, identifying and resolving issues quickly
Communicating effectively with customers on updates, milestones, and delays
Collaborating with internal teams and external partners (carriers and vendors)
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures
Maintaining accurate records and support cost management activities
