Requirements

  • 5 years progressively responsible sales and marketing/supervisory experience required
  • Knowledge of financial analysis methods and techniques
  • Experience with continuous improvement techniques and practices
  • Experience with SAP and Excel
  • Oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise staff and achieve results through others
  • Ability to think strategically and negotiate effectively
  • Ability to budget effectively
  • Extensive travel required

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years experience preferred
  • 4 year degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer strategy for assigned strategic accounts
  • Coordinate activities with Sales Director for assigned strategic accounts
  • Coordinate activity with key suppliers
  • Direct the development of proposals and presentations
  • Develop key relationships
  • Identify opportunities at key accounts, and coordinate the Company's development of offering to meet the need
  • Manage Strategic Accounts staff
