About The Position

This entry-level role offers hands-on experience and training in freight brokerage within a third-party logistics (3PL) brokerage. The position provides exposure to operations, sales, and support functions through an accelerated training and onboarding program, with mentorship from industry professionals. As the employee develops, the company will identify their strengths and align them with opportunities across the business to support a long-term career in logistics.

The role is suited to recent graduates and career changers interested in establishing a foundation in logistics. No prior logistics experience is necessary; full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Learn the core principles of freight brokerage, including carrier relations, load management, and customer service.
• Support daily logistics operations, including load tracking, scheduling, and real-time problem-solving.
• Partner with sales and carrier representatives to support efficient freight movement and positive customer experiences.
• Gain exposure to technology platforms and tools used in logistics operations.
• Participate in a structured training program to build knowledge, confidence, and skills.
• Develop professional relationships with team members, customers, and carriers.
